Breckenridge Montessori opened its doors to students in June 2006, and currently enrolls 20 children. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit preschool on Main Street in beautiful, historic Breckenridge, Colorado.  We offer a year-round program providing consistent quality education for the children of Summit County. At Breckenridge Montessori, our classroom environment consists of practical life activities, sensorial materials, mathematics, language, geography, art, music, nature education, gross and fine motor development, socio-emotional development, and cultural extensions.

Throughout the year we partner with the many resources of the Summit County Community such as The Summit Foundation (TSF) for local grants and CO Gives Day support, the Town of Breckenridge for in-kind grants and the TOB tuition assistance program, Early Childhood Options (ECO) for the Right Start Programs and the Summit Pre-K Program; EpicPromise and Vail Resorts for in-kind grants and volunteerism; the Town of Frisco for in-kind grants, City Market/Kroger for quarterly donations, and the Breckenridge Rotary for grant and community supports. Breckenridge Montessori is proud to be an American Montessori Society Full Member school.
